• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

• Roots Vedic is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products:

• Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect.

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging for return approval.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only for approved returns.

• Once the return is verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after details are shared.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
